With a career spanning over two decades, Falicia Demary, Owner and Operator of Soleil Property Management, is a seasoned expert in community association management. A licensed community association manager since 2008, Falicia founded Soleil Property Management with a vision rooted in ethics, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service.

Her philosophy is simple but powerful: "The keys to a successful business are providing exceptional customer service and, above all else, honesty." It’s this core belief that drives her to deliver not just results, but a high level of trust and professionalism in managing every community.

Falicia’s career began at Florida State University, where she majored in Communications and Journalism. She quickly translated her skills into the property management field. Over the years, her deep knowledge of the industry and her passion for community management propelled her forward, leading her to open Soleil Property Management in 2014.

Today, Falicia continues to build on her years of experience, offering expert property management services that are tailored to the unique needs of her clients.
